The IPAF PAV (Push Around Vertical) course by Essex Construction Training (ECT) is meant for anyone who needs to operate a personal aerial vehicle. Once a competent individual has familiarized themselves with the particular machine, operators who have already received training in categories 1a and/or 3a will also be allowed to operate a PAV. to provide attendees a complete awareness of the necessity of powered access equipment safety.
